What if you thought you were doing the right things and invincible, and then…a heart attack happens? That’s exactly what my guest Cindy experienced. She had been trying to eat ‘clean keto’ and was feeling she had more energy with weight loss, and then a heart attack came out of the blue. That’s how her life as she knew it, changed when she came out of the surgery room and was prescribed 5 meds.
